Price based on double occupancy group rate. Single supplement, extensions and tours extra

Frequent flyer miles not accepted with group rate fares.

All prices subject to change.

A $1000.00 deposit per person is required with your reservation. Monthly payments accepted.

Refund (less cancellation fee) will be issued if reservation is cancelled four months prior to departure
date and if another guest can fill your spot.

All authorized refunds will be assessed $150 cancellation fee.

No refund or credit will be made for dives or meals not taken by customers while on tour.

Any deposit or payment made to Liburdisscuba.com or any representative of Liburdi's Scuba Center shows acceptance and acknowledgement of the terms and conditions as stated herein.

Trip insurance is recommended in the event you must cancel your trip due to illness, etc. For
information on trip insurance, go to DAN’s website www.diversalertnetwork.org or the PADI endorsed
Vicencia & Buckley website www.diveinsurance.com or www.TDISDI.com for insurance quotes.

Responsibility:Llburdisscuba.com or any representative of Liburdi's Scuba Center act only as agents for the owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving and other services.

All tickets and vouchers issued constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member

Liburdisscuba.com or any representative of Liburdi's Scuba Center accept no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who, as a consenting adult, is deemed personally responsible for decisions concerning health, safety, fitness for diving, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Liburdisscuba.com or any representative of Liburdi's Scuba Center reserve the right, without advance notice, to make changes or cancellations, in part or in whole, as circumstances dictate.
