The Instructor Trainer Workshop is an intensive seven day program that brings you to the highest level of training reached within International Training. You will interact with headquarters staff as well as other industry professional and hear sales and marketing ideas from around the globe. During the course you will get in-depth knowledge of:

• How and why standards are developed
• Interaction with SDI Headquarters
• Evaluation techniques
• Risk management, the legal side of diving, marketing and budgeting of Instructor level courses, evaluating in water performance of Instructor candidates 

You will also do a minimum of one session of confined water presentations and evaluations, one session of open water presentations and evaluations.  Support materials for the Instructor Trainer include

Prerequisite:

Be at least 21 years old Current Instructor Rating Certification of one hundred and fifty (150) SDI Divers and must represent the full spectrum of SDI courses Current medical examination signed by a licensed medical Physician 200 Logged dives Current instructor for at least two (2) years with no QA's in the past 12 months Candidate will have a current CPR and First Aid certification
