Computer Repair: All computers that are in malfunction mode (not a battery replacement) must be sent back to the vendor for repair or replacement Handling fee is $20. Customer is responsible for shipping and repair fees from vendor. If computer needs to be replaced or upgraded, the vendor will call us with a replacement cost and we will call you with quote. Average turn around time for computer repair is 3 to 4 weeks.
